Superman's Day

Another special day in Texas was the day I spent with more Nana's and our Superman! I've written before about Mindy's sweet nephew that was in a major car accident a few months ago. Well....Travis has always loved Superman and now he is Superman!!! He is proving doctors and the medical books wrong each and every day. Travis has a long road ahead but he is making so much progress and doing things no one ever thought possible. We are so proud of Travis and he is such a miracle.

Mindy had us meet her at Chick-fil-a (that alone makes it a wonderful day!) for some yummy lunch and then we headed over to Travis' rehab center. We surprised her by wearing Superman and Wonder Woman shirts. We have all seen Travis grown up during the years we were all in Waco together and it was so wonderful to see him and his mother, Lynna.
