A few days ago we all took the train to Scitek, a sort of science museum type place for kids. Seems as it brought out the kid in all of us! The picture above is Chloe at the interactive dinosaur play. It was for 3-7 year olds but we snuck her in anyway. She made Mama's heart proud as she sat with the 'big kids' for most of the show and participated in it, too! Towards the end she had enough and came back to sit on my lap. This gal is growing up too fast!
They had a toddler space but Chloe mainly ran from station to station punching buttons and turning knobs. I'm sure she didn't really understand what it was trying to teach, but she had fun all the same.
Look who found a Segway! They are harder than you realize and take a while to learn how to maneuver them correctly. Luckily they had them set at the low speed setting.
I took a spin on the Segway as well! Chloe didn't really like me rolling around without her but it sure was fun! When you think about it...it isn't often that you try out something new and different as adults.

scitsek sunday looked like a winner. when you guys get here we have a new baby elephant at the zoo that i can't wait for chloe to see. by the way you all looked very comfortable in the fish tank! I can't wait to get my hands on chloe, i have so many things i want to do with her, and mommy to! love mom ps i loved the segway, i've been waiting for years to see how popular it's going to be.
